明创业教育之理 行创业教育之路——对高职创业教育的几点思考

创业教育是开发和提高学生创业基本素质的教育，是一种培养学生的事业心、进取心、开拓精神、冒险精神，进行从事某项事业、企业商业规划活动的实践教育。学生创业基本素质这一系统由创业意识、创业心理品质、创业能力和创业知识结构四个子系统构成。目前高校开展的创业教育中存在诸多问题，主要缘于对创业教育功能的认识不够全面，对创业素质的研究不够明朗，对创业模式的探索与实践不够深入与到位。由此，全面的认识创业教育的功能，明确创业所需的素质，从而进一步科学地探索创业教育的有效模式，是深入开展创业教育、推动创业教育的重要过程。

On the Necessity and Way of Pioneering Education——Some Advice on Pioneering Education in Vocational Colleges

Pioneering education is one that develops and improves the students awareness of pioneering,that fosters the initiative spirit of enterprise,the risking spirit needed for the starting and operation of business activities.The basic pioneering factors of the students are made up of awareness,psychological quality,ability and knowledge.There exist,for the time being,many problems in such education,the main reasons for which are incomplete realization of its function,inadequate research into pioneering factors,imperfect exploration and practice of pioneering patterns,etc.,thus a correspondent counter-measure is called for.
