| 摘 要： | 在正义理念的指导下,通过社会主义民主与社会主义法制建设,最终实现社会的和谐发展,这既是政治文明建设的具体方式,也是政治文明建设的价值合理性之所在,体现了工具合理性与价值合理性的统一.具体说来,正义是政治文明建设的价值理念;民主与法制是政治文明建设的价值内容:人民当家作主、依法治国;发展是政治文明建设的价值目标:发展是道德的要求,发展大致包括社会生产力的高度发展与人的全面发展,发展的特征是全面性.

| Abstract: | Though the construction of the socialist democracy and the socialist legal institutions guided by justice idea, the harmonious developing is realized ultimately. This is both the concrete way of political civilization construction and the value rationality of political civilization construction. It embodies implement rationality and value rationality. Justice is the value idea of political civilization construction, democracy and legal institutions are the value content of political civilization construction, developing is the value target of political civilization construction. |
