摘    要:销售打折是市场经济中一种常见的经济行为,它也是市场经济运作规律发生作用产生的必然现象,本文在对打折的形式,原因,限度进行一般分析的基础上,就打折对市场经济各主体-买者,卖者,政府的利益和政策之影响进行短期和长期,正面和负面的深入论证,并提出虚假打折和超过经济规律或市场规范所允限度的打折有损于各方利益。

Abstract:In market economy, giving a discount on the prices of goods is a common selling form.First, the article analyses the form, reason and limit of discount, then, it discusses mainly the short term and long term, the obverse and the reverse sides of the effects that discount gives to buyers, sellers and government on their interest and policy.Finaly, the writer points out that the false and exceeding the limit of the standard and regular of the market economy,the discount will bring harm to every principal part in market.
