我国社会消防教育机制的构建

我国是世界上第一人口大国,每年由火灾造成的人身伤亡和财产损失不断增加。据统计,二十世纪九十年代以来,从全国火灾发生的形势来看,火灾发生频率持续增加,经济损失日益严重,群死群伤事件尤为突出。这些事故的发生在很大程度上与公民消防安全意识不强,必要的消防常识不足及消防法制观念淡薄有着密切的关系。本文在对我国社会消防教育的现状进行系统分析基础上,提出了适合我国国情的消防教育机制,这对提高社会消防教育效果,有效防范火灾的发生,不仅具有重要的理论意义,也具有一定的实践价值。

The Establishment of China＇s Social Fire Education Mechanism

China is the most populous country in the world, personal injury and property damage caused by fire are increasing every year. According to statistics, since the 1990s, from the perspective of the fire situation in the country, the frequency of fires are increase, economic losses are worsening, casualties events are particularly prominent. These incidents largely have a close relationship with the poor fire safety awareness citizen, lack of necessary fire common sense and light fire legal concepts. On the basis of analyzing the status of China＇s social fire education system, this paper proposed fire education mechanism suitable for China＇s national conditions, which not only has important theoretical significance for improving the effects of social fire education, effectively preventing fires, but also has some practical value.
