| 摘 要： | 随着中国入世保护期的过去，中国汽车工业这一相对弱势而又体现现代工业文明的行业被推向了世界汽车行业竞争的舞台。面对这一形势，我国出台了新的《汽车产业发展政策》，本文通过对新政策中反映的众多全新的汽车行业政策与价值取向．深刻解析了后WTO时代这一全新创举对中国汽车业发展的影响，通过对大量实践数据的考察，在遵循WTO规则的前提下对于中国汽车的发展道路进行了一定的研究。

| Abstract: | Passed by the protection phase, the national automobile industry., which is comparatively less capable but also a profession thai represent the modern industrial civilization was put on the international stage of coropetition. In this article, author studied new features manifested in national automobile industry through analyzing New Automobile Industry Developing Policy in WTO background aod rich datum from experience, moreover, this article made an emphasis on the effect of WTO rules on developing policy. |
