| 摘 要： | 从经济学角度分析我国铁路行业经济特性，认为我国铁路行业公益性与商业性并存。铁路行业的自然垄断性有其特定条件，既考虑铁路企业的商业利益，又有利于铁路行业公益作用的发挥，才能更好地促进铁路发展，为经济社会发展提供更好的运力支撑和服务。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the economic characteristics from the economic angle, regarding that the railway industry in our country is both public and commercial.The natural monopoly of railway industry has its specific conditions, which shall incorporates the commercial benefit and the public role to promote the railway development and provide better support and service for socio-economic development. |
