| 摘 要： | 我国网络银行具有跳跃式发展的特点.在我国网络银行发展中存在着缺乏安全性、基础设施不完善、法规不健全等问题.针对这些问题,应采取坚持国家统一CA认证、加强基础设施建设、完善网络银行立法和监管等解决对策.

| Abstract: | Firstly, this thesis expounds the present situation of Chinese E-banks and shows the character of Chinese E-banks--that is "leaping form". Then it points out the problems such as lacking of security, deficiency of web infrastructure, inadequacy of legislation which Chinese E-banks face to. At last, it indicates that persisting in unified CA identification, speeding the development of web infrastructure and improving the web legislation are the relevant strategies of solving the problems. |
