观光农业的复合型开发模式初探--以肇庆广新农业生态园为例

观光农业是我国乡村旅游开发的主要形式之一，结合广东珠江三角洲地区的发展实践，文章提出了观光农业复合型开发模式的思想，认为这一开发模式有助于优化我国观光农业发展思路；系统总结了广东省目前较大的观光农业项目—肇庆广新农业生态园复合型开发的主要表现及其带来的新特色，并就观光农业复合型开发及后期经营管理涉及的开发条件、规划原则、管理方式和市场推广等内容进行了初步探讨。

AN DISCUSSION ON THE EXPLOITING MODEL IN THE COMPLEX SIGHTSEEING AGRICULTURE--TAKING THE GUANGXIN ECOLOGICAL AGRICULTURE YARD IN ZHAOQING AS AN EXAMPLE

The sightseeing agriculture is one of the main form in rural tourism exploiting. According to the practice of the Zhujiang River Delta, this paper puts forward the concept of complex exploiting model which will optimize the development thinking of the sightseeing agriculture probably. This paper analyses the main display and the new significances in of the complex exploiting form in the Guangxin agriculture ecological yard in Zhaoqing which is one of the big agricultural sightseeing items in Guangdong. The paper also discusses the problems of exploiting conditions, planning principles, manage forms and market extending of the complex exploiting model and its management in the sightseeing agriculture.
