| 摘 要： | 关于三板市场的定位一直以来就是业内争论的焦点,尤其是在历史遗留问题股的流通、承接退市股票这两大任务完成以后,今后三板市场的发展定位更为迫切。针对当前国内证券市场持续低迷之势,概述我国证券市场不可或缺的三板市场发展及对英、美和我国台湾地区相关市场制度与发展经验的借鉴,可以总结出三板市场发展的若干规律,以期为我国三板市场制度规则的改进提供建议。

| Abstract: | The third market position is always the focus especially the stock left over by history and the stock market listing these two tasks successfully carried out after the future development orientation of the Third Board Market is more urgent.Do research on the Development of the Third Board Market in our country.The author summed up the development laws of the Third Board Market,based on the market system and development experience of Britain,the United States and Taiwan in order to provide a reference direction of development and proposal for the improvement of our system rules. |
