旅游酒店专业校内外实训基地建设研究

目前,旅游酒店管理专业校内外实习实训基地建设存在的问题,主要体现在缺乏足够的资金,实习计划不科学,学校、企业、学生合作困难等方面。应从走产学研相结合的办学之路;整合实训基地资源;加强师资队伍建设;把握旅游酒店产业发展的脉搏等方面入手,有效解决实训基地建设与管理问题,提高实习基地建设水平。

On Construction of Practice Bases Inside and Outside of the University of Tourism and Hotel Major

Currently, there are some problems in constructing practice bases inside and outside of the university for Tourism and Hotel Major, such as insufficient funds, unscientific practicing plan, and difficult cooperation between university, enterprise and students. In conclusion, we need take the strategies of combining CEEUSRO, integrate the resources of practice bases, strengthen faculty construc- tion, and grasp the development steps of tourism and hotel industry, from which we can solve the problems on practice base construction and management and increase the level of practice base constrction.
