基于系统聚类的西部地区对外开放度差异分析

本文以西部12个省市区为研究样本，细分了测评对外开放度的10个评价指标，并在此基础上采用聚类分析法将西部地区对外开放程度按相似性分为三类。分析表明：三个类别之间及类别内部均存在显著差异，继而针对不同类别，得出发展外向型经济、提高对外开放度的政策启示。

The Analysis on the Difference Degree of Opening to Outside of the Western Region Based on System Clustering

Taking 12 provinces in the western region as the research sample, the paper subdivides 10 evaluation indicators which evaluate the degree of opening to outside, and divides the degree of opening to outside in western region into three categories accord-ing to the similarity by means of the clustering analysis. The analysis shows that there exist significant differences among three cate-gories and within one category. Then, the paper comes to the policy enlightenment which is developing export-oriented economy and improving the degree of opening to outside according to different categories.
