农业保险对农户福利影响分析--基于信息不对称的视角

作为一个农业大国，农业保险对抵御我国自然灾害有着非常重要的作用。但是，我国农业保险并不发达，农业保险风险管理难度较大，很大程度上是因为农业保险存在较大的信息不对称问题。因此，研究信息不对称情形下的农业保险福利问题，对农业保险的发展有着深远的意义。那么，农业保险是否会影响农户的福利呢？如果有影响，那么影响又有多大呢？应该采取怎样的措施进行解决呢？本文借鉴张跃华等（2007）提出的效用最大化福利分析方法研究得出：农业保险确实会影响农户福利，而且在信息不对称条件下影响更大。

The Analysis on the Effect of Agricultural Insurance on Rural Household Welfare---Based on the Perspective of Information Asymmetry

As an agricultural country, agricultural insurance plays a very important role in resisting natural disasters in China. But, China’s agricultural insurance is not developed, and the risk management of agricultural insurance is rather difficult, largely owing to the problem that there exists information asymmetry. So, studying the issues on agricultural insurance welfare under the situation of asym-metric information is of profound significance to the development of agricultural insurance. Then, will the the agricultural insurance af-fect rural household welfare？ If there is influence, how is the influence？ What measures should be taken to solve the problem？ Learning from the analysis method of utility maximization of welfare put forward by ZHANG Yuehua etc. （2007）, the paper thinks that the agricul-tural insurance really affect rural household welfare, and the influence is greater under the condition of asymmetric information.
