| 摘 要： | 随着计算机在各领域的广泛应用及无纸化办公的普及,对传统的档案工作模式提出了新的要求,随着信息技术的不断发展更新,高校档案信息化建设成为档案工作改革和发展的必然趋势。本文从高校档案信息化建设的内涵及重要性、存在的问题、建设的建议几方面来浅论对高校档案信息化建设的一些看法。

| Abstract: | The widely use of computers and e-administration are challenging traditional working mode of the archives management.The reform of construction of archival information in colleges and universities become the trend.this paper analyzes the content and necessity of this reform,probes the obstacles existed on the way of this reform,and puts forward the proposals for the construction of archival information in colleges and universities. |
