硫磺回收装置防爆门的选择与应用

摘    要:介绍了硫磺回收装置常见的超压原因,通过分析和实例说明不设置防爆门(又称爆破片)往往会造成设备超压损坏,而设置防爆门是保护系统和设备非常有效的方法。针对以往采用的防爆门使用寿命较短的情况,设计出了寿命及性能更佳的防爆门,实际考核结果说明,改进后的防爆门能够满足硫磺回收装置的使用要求。

Abstract:This paper introduced the reason of exceeding pressure in sulfur recovery equipment. Through analysis and instance, the result showed that the equipment would be attainted for exceeding pressure without blasting-proof door, it also showed that the blasting-proof door is the right tool to protect system and units. Considering the short life of the blasting-proof door as usual, we designed the better blasting-proof door in life and capability, the finial result showed that the improved blasting-proof door could meet the needs of sulfur recovery equipment.
