上海信息产业人才现状调查研究

信息产业是国民经济支柱产业,信息人才是推动信息产业发展的主体.对于信息化建设重镇的上海来说,情况更是如此.经问卷调查和实地调研发现,目前上海存在信息产业人才队伍总体供给不足与人才流失隐患并存、国际化程度低、人才胜任度不高、培训力度不够,激励和薪酬有效性亦不足等问题.就此应采有针对性对策.
