信息不对称与农产品市场发育:来自食品市场的经验证据

改革开放二十多年以来,我国农产品经历了从“食物保障”到“质量安全”发展的历史性变化,农产品质量安全问题日益受到重视。此外,“农产品质量安全”问题已严重制约了我国农产品市场发育,其中质量信息不对称是导致质量安全问题,并进而影响到农产品市场交易规模的重要原因之一。本文试图运用信息经济理论的框架,从供给与需求两个角度较为深入地分析信息不对称对农产品市场发育的影响,并给出了减少农产品市场信息不对称的政策含义。

Asymmetric Information and Agricultural Product Market Development: Test from Foods Market

After the implementation of economic reform and opening policies,the supply of agricultural products has undergone the change from "food security " to "quality safety",and people pay more and more attention to food safety.Further,food safety is one of the challenges for China's agricultural market development.Asymmetric information is one of important causes.This article seeks to imply information economics,analyzing the impact of asymmetric information on agricultural market development from supply and demand points of view.Lastly,we put forward some frameworks.
