生态资本价值的计量

随着中国市场经济的快速发展,生态资本对经济可持续发展的重要性,越来越受到人们的关注。但生态资本准确的计量一直是个难题。本文首先对生态资本的概念进行了界定,然后分析了生态资本的价值构成,最后在此基础上提出了具体的计量方法,特别是对生态资本的服务价值的计量进行了定量分析。

Biological capital value's calculation

With the market economy of China developed rapidly, more and more people pay attention to the ecological capital playing a very important role in the sustainable development. But the ecological capital's accurate measurement has been a difficult problem. This paper definites the concept of ecological capital firstly, and then analyzes the value composing of ecological capital. Finally on the basis of analysis it presents specific measurement methods, and particular-ly carries out the measurement of quantitative analysis on the service value of ecological capital.
