| 摘 要： | 生命周期的概念适合于公司治理文化的研究,公司治理文化生命周期的各阶段具有其各自的特点。文章认为通过预测公司治理文化生命周期曲线上所处的位置,可以预测公司治理文化的变化趋势,解释产生变化的原因,据此制定出一系列的管理对策,以实现公司治理文化的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the characteristics of the different phases of the life cycle of corporate governance culture,this paper believes that understanding and knowing the theory of corporate governance culture life cycle can help to judge the position of corporate governance culture at the life cycle curve,predict the changing trend and explain the reasons for change,and therefore,help to make a full set of management countermeasures so as to realize the sustainable development of corporate governance culture. |
