| 摘 要： | 文章认为新创企业的战略选择是在对外部环境、自身资源和能力的分析和评价基础上的决策过程。创业者作为创业战略的决策主体，其自身资源禀赋，包括企业家精神、对环境的认知能力、战略能力和思维能力直接影响到新创企业战略的形成过程。文章提出了基于创业者资源禀赋的创业战略选择模型。

| Abstract: | The strategic choice of new ventures is the decision-making process based on the analysis and evaluation of external circumstances, pioneer's potential and capacity. As the decision maker in chief, the potential of an entrepreneur such as entrepreneurship, cognitive abilities of circumstances, strategic abilities and thinking abilities, directly influences the strategic forming process of new ventures.
