| 摘 要： | 本文将把供应链风险分为自然灾害和人为因素引致的两大类风险情景.前者主要指洪水、地震、火山爆发、大规模的传染病泛滥以及其他各种不可抗拒的因素,后者包括独家供应商、信息传递、企业文化、经济波动、物流配送及其他不可预见的风险等情景.基于各类情景的特点,分析降低供应链风险的解决方案.

| Abstract: | The paper clarifies two kinds of risk scenarios from natural disasters and man-made. The former refers to flood, earthquake, volcano burst, large scale epidemic contagious diseases and other all kinds of an act of God etc, the latter includes exclusive ~upplier, information transfer, enterprises culture, logistics distribution and other unpredictable risk scenario. It analyzes all kinds of solutions to the supply chain risk based on the respective characteristics. |
