| Abstract: | To form the knowledge advantages and to polish up the competitive edge,it is necessary to strengthen the organizational learning.Through application the PDCA circulation method in the quality control practice,a PDCA-K circulation may be conceived,which is meaningful for the effective learning of organizations.The organization's learning capacity is expanded with the strengthening adaptive ability of the organization to the environment. |
