模糊层次法在大规模定制客户需求评估中的应用

摘    要:将模糊层次分析法应用于大规模定制客户需求评价中,来确定客户需求的权重。基于对客户需求特点的分析,建立了客户需求评价指标体系,详细阐述了模糊层次分析法的算法步骤,最后以某暖风机生产企业为例进行了实例验证。其结果表明此方法既有效又可行。

Abstract:In this paper, the approach of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process is introduced to determine the weights of customer requirements evaluation in Mass Customization. Based on the characteristics analysis of customer requirements, an evaluation index system is established and the algorithm of the proposed approach is presented in detail. Taking a heater machine company as a practical example, the algorithm validation is verified. The result indicates that the method is very effective and feasible.
