| Abstract: | The human resource is the strategic resources of the enterprise, therefore, the human resource management of the enterprise also has the strategic meaning to the development of the enterprise.How carry out the talented person in the electric power enterprise strategy, use the each link that the strategic taste holds the good human resource, and in accordance with the development of the enterprise the strategy tightly tightly, and affect the development of the electric power enterprise. |
