Discussion about the Amended Company Law and the Company's Social Responsibility

That companies should take social responsibilities is legalized in the amended Company Law. It is of great importance to understand this kind of responsibility properly as it has direct relations with the development of companies and the enforcement of the amended Company Law. Based on the reality in the current phase, the fundamental concept of social responsibility is that companies should not impair the harmoniousness or development of our society and bear correspondent social duties, whose core is to protect laborers' right, protect environment and cherish resources.
