| 摘 要： | 建筑工程质量的控制与提高，涉及到设计施工管理的每一个环节。施工管理，特别是专业工种之间的协调管理，是关系工程质量优劣的重要因素。施工中因协调配合中的小小失误，都会给工程质量带来严重的隐患和问题，同时造成经济失、作为工程技术和管理人员，必需从技术管理入手，认识协调工作的重要性，总结改进现行的管理模式，进一步提高工程质量及施工管理水平。

| Abstract: | The control and improvement of construction engineering involves every part of construction management which are the important factors affecting the construction quality, especially the corporation of various specialties. Any small fault due to the corporation in construction process can cause economic loss as well as serious hidden troubles. Therefore, in order to improve the construction quality and management level, Construction engineers and managers should recognize the importance of corporation, conclude and improve the existing management model. |
