| 摘 要： | 本文结合当前成人高等教育发展现状，提出了如何发展和改革成人高等教育的几个问题：拓宽办学渠道，大力兴办多种形式、多种层次、多种规格的成人高等教育；根据成人高等教育特点，加强成人高等教育管理；成人高等教育改革和发展，应把高等层次岗位培训，大学后继续教育作为重点，使成人高等教育适应市场经济需求，更好地为经济建设和社会发展服务。

| Abstract: | cience and education can make a nation prosperous. Reforming and developing our coutry's adult higher educational cause is the need of our country's economy and society. The article, in the light of the present condition of the adult higher education, puts forward a few questions about how to feforming and deveolping the adult higher education , that is, devloping the runing -school channelsgiving energetic support to adult higher eduvation of various forms, levels and scalesl; band on the characteristics of adult higher education, strengthening the management of the adult higher education; in reforming and developing the adult education, putting the stress on the higherlevel training in certain production line and re-education after graduation from colleges, making adult higher education meet the needs of the market economy, and serve better the economic construction and social development. |
