| 摘 要： | 针对太原第二热电厂300MW机组锅炉回转式空气预热器存在漏风量偏大的问题，深入细致地研究了原配置的密封系统的结构及工作原理，分析其在实际运行中出现的问题，判断漏风偏大的主要原因，提出采用“STD”密封技术改造方案；结合近几年回转式空气预热器的密封改造经验，对回转式空气预热器自身设备特点造成的漏风问题，制定相应的检修改进措施。通过认真分析，精心施工，回转式空气预热器漏风改造治理达到了节能增效的效果。
