基于高斯混合模型的农电企业发展状况研究

运用高斯混合模型对我国农电企业的综合发展状况进行了聚类研究,将农电企业划分为相对好和差2类,证实了东部地区农电企业的综合发展状况在整体上要优于中西部地区。以西部某农电企业为例分析其发展状况,结果表明：农电企业发展,资金是关键。因此,需要政府加大政策支持力度,完善农网投资的保障措施,尽快建立可持续的农电发展投资机制,提供农网发展的长期低息贷款,特别对中西部地区的农电企业有适当倾斜政策或提供财政援助,促使各地区农电企业可持续协调发展,更好地完成新一轮农网改造升级工程。

Study on Development Situations of Rural Power Enterprises Based on Gaussian Mixture Model
