| 摘 要： | 基于协整理论和Borensztein的模型,文章采用时间序列动态均衡关系分析方法,对跨国公司R&D投资与我国经济增长之间的关系作了实证分析。分析表明:跨国公司R&D投资对我国经济发展的影响时效相对较长,并且影响力度逐渐减弱。对考虑人力资本的跨国公司R&D投资与我国经济增长的关系的进一步的实证分析后,本文认为在目前跨国公司的R&D投资过程中,我国人力资本对经济增长的作用不显著,跨国公司R&D投资的引入对国内投资也不存在挤出效应。
