| 摘 要： | 经济学家对于企业家概念的不同理解及企业家理论的不完整 ,导致了企业家理论认识和实际运用上的混乱。为此 ,应重新界定企业家的概念 ,构建一种新的企业家理论体系。该体系包括三个核心理论 :企业家能力素质的三维结构理论、企业家资格的制度选人机制理论和企业家特殊的人力资本理论。

| Abstract: | The controversy among economists over the notion of entrepr en eur and the incompletion of the entrepreneur theory lead to the confusion in und erstanding and applying of the entrepreneur theory. It is,therefore,necessary to redefine the notion of entrepreneur and reconstruct a new system of entrepren eur theory,which would consist of three kernel theories: the three-dimension st ructure theory of entrepreneur capability,the theory of selecting people by reg ulation concerning entrepreneur qualification,and the special human capital the ory of entrepreneur. |
