我国农业现代化评价指标体系研究评述

发展现代农业，实现农业现代化，首先要对农业现代化的现状、薄弱环节和进展有清醒的认识，而评价实现农业现代化的现状和发展水平，建立科学的评价指标体系是重要的基础。文章将国内现有的农业现代化评价指标体系划分为三大类，第一类是带有宏观指导性质的指标体系，第二类是各地方政府根据当地实际情况所制定的指导当地农业现代化建设的指标体系，第三类是国内的专家、学者依据自己对农业现代化的理解所提出的指标体系，并指出现有评价指标体系存在体系不够完善、可比性较差、操作性差等不足之处。

Evaluation Index System of Agricultural Modernization in China

It is needed to have a clear understanding of the status quo, weak links and progress of agricultuxal modernization for developing modern agriculture and realizing agricultural modernization, and the establishment of a scientific evaluation index system is an important foundation of evaluation the status and development level of realizing agricultural modernization. Evaluation index system of agricultural modernization is divided into three categories in this paper, first is the indicators of macro-guidance system, the second category set by local government is the guidance of local agricultural modernization＇s construction in accordance with local conditions, the third category is presented by experts and scholars based on their understanding of agricultural modernization, which pointed out several deficiencies of the existing evaluation index system such as not perfect, poor comparability, poor operability, etc.
