| 摘 要： | 随着新农村建设进程的加快,利用外资逐渐成为建设新农村的重要途径之一。本文根据国内外已有理论和研究,通过分析新农村建设与提高利用外资质量之间关系,并结合新农村建设理念构建我国社会主义新农村建设与提高利用外资质量的评价体系和我国31个省、市、自治区的统计数据,对我国各地区农村建设的利用外资质量状况进行实证分析和综合评价,针对性地提出具体的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | With the rapid pace of new countryside construction, the ulitilization of foreign investment has become one of the important methods to construction the new countryside gradually. This article is based on the previous theories and researches at home and abroad. We carry on the empirical analysis and comprehensive evaluation about new countryside construction and improvement of ulitilizing foreign investment quality all over the country, and put forward some specific suggestions and countermeasures . |
