知识链构建中的企业集群知识协同模型研究

企业集群通过知识链实现知识在企业集群的流动、协同与增值，最终提高整个集群的协同创新能力和核心竞争力。从知识链构建的视角考察，企业集群知识协同主要包括系统模型和过程模型，集群企业之间通过知识共享、知识转移与组织学习等互动而实现知识创造的目的，从过程、动力和环境等三个层面提出企业集群知识协同机制选择。

Research on the Knowledge Synergy Model of Enterprise Cluster Based on the Construction of Knowledge Chain

Through the knowledge chain,the enterprise cluster realizes the knowledge flow,synergy and value-added inside the cluster, and ultimately improve the synergy innovation capability and core competitiveness of the entire cluster. From the perspective of building a knowledge-chain,we find that the knowledge synergy of the enterprise cluster includes： system model and process model. And through knowledge-sharing,knowledge transfer and organizational learning,the enterprise cluster achieves the purpose of knowledge creating. From the three levels such as process,power and environment,we put forward the mechanisms options for knowledge synergy of the enterprise cluster.
