The early poems by Xu Zihua,the Female Poet of Southern Society,were featured with the style of girls' sorrowful sentiment,but under the influence of Qiu Jin's personality and poem style,her later creation of poems gradually became forthright,solemn and stirring.Her poem works created in honor of Qiu Jin added something new to the Parnassus of that time;she strived to support revolution,and the heroic deeds,such as burying Qiu Jin,reflected her strong revolutionary will against Qing Government and fearless errantry character,as well as the particular life outlook at the beginning of women liberation.
