摘    要:"学习型社会"的提出,既是对中华民族优秀学习思想和传统的继承,也是对新中国教育、学习情况的总结,又是适应国内外形势,促进我国现代化快速发展,实现人的全面发展的需要."学习型社会"要求发展全民教育、职业教育、终身教育;重视家庭教育、学校教育和社(区)会教育的结合."学习型社会"的形成,既要有健全的学习条件和环境,完善的学习组织和运行机制,也需要人人都培养出好的学习习惯、学习情趣,树立起学习为业、学习为荣、学习为乐的学习观,并形成持续学习、终生学习的动力.

Abstract:The Society of Learning is put forward, which inherits the tradition and the good idea of learning, summarizes the condition of learning and education, fits the situation of our country and abroad, promotes modernization and fulfils needs of personal development. It needs to develop civil education, vocational education and life - long education. It needs integrating home education, school education and community education. Forming the Society of Learning needs good condition, perfective organization and mechanism. For every one, it also needs to train the good habit and interest of learning, to build up the idea that learning is important, learning is glorious, learning is enjoyable, to stimulate motivation of persisting learning and life - long learnig.
