基于模糊AHP模型的公路交通科技创新能力评价研究

摘    要:根据公路交通的行业特点和科技创新的基本要素,确定了创新投入能力、创新支撑能力、创新产出能力、创新效益4个一级指标和10个二级指标、30个三级指标;系统建构了三级模糊AHP评价模型,对公路交通科技创新能力进行了较为科学的评价,并选取H省、Y省和S省为样本进行了实证研究。
