| Abstract: | It is usually considered that family business hardly adapts to market economy, and that the efficiency and function of market system can only be displayed by changing family operation into modern enterprise system. This paper begins with the compatibility between Wenzhou family business operation system and market rules, and then discusses the strong vitality of family business in modern market economy. The family operation system and market rules are compatible to each other, while they also have contradictions. Therefore, it is necessary to find out the linking point of family operation and modern market economy in order to maintain the sustainable development of traditional Wenzhou family business. |
