简论高校辅导员工作的角色认知

高校辅导员由于对角色认知不清而导致的角色障碍主要有角色冲突、角色紧张、角色混淆和角色丧失等表现。高校辅导角色认知模糊的原因,主要是不同主体对辅导员有着不同的社会期待以及角色本身的局限性所致。解决高校辅导员角色认知模糊的基本途径,是建立科学、规范的制度体系,提高辅导员的自我认知。

On the Premise of the Work of College Counselors

In recent years,because of counselors' complexity and particularity of the study area into people,there exist problems like counselor's role conflict,role strain,role ambiguity and role in the loss of other aspects.It generates obstacles to the ideological premise of this issue,which is not a clear understanding of the role of counselor.Thus this paper claims that the solution would be to establish a sound and scientific system to rise counselors' self-awareness.
