| 摘 要： | 国库集中收付制度,是市场经济国家普遍实行的国库管理制度。我国于2000年开始试行,＂十五＂期间在全国范围内全面推开,目前我国各预算执行单位已全面实行国库集中支付制度。在实施国库集中支付制度后,财政管理和各预算单位的财务管理都发生了许多变化。

| Abstract: | Treasury centralized collection and payment is a universally practised treasury management system.Since 2000,China began to try it on the tenth five-year period throughout the country fully.At present,our various budget implementation units have been fully implemented the treasury centralized payment system,as a result,financial management and management of financial budget units have been improved. |
