| 摘 要： | 我国从2008年8月1日起实施<反垄断法>,是以"制止垄断、维护竞争和保护多元利益为基本的立法目的"的,不可避免地会对中央企业的行业行政垄断产生冲击和影响.我国中央企业的行业行政垄断,由多种原因形成,并非短时期能够打破,但<反垄断法>的颁布实施,必然会对转变央企行业行政垄断提供良好机会.
