| 摘 要： | 全球经济一体化,特别是加入WTO后,我国境外劳务合作日益成为国际贸易中重要组成部分.近年来,由于国际经济危机暴发、国内经济的强劲回升、国外劳务市场供求变化,我国国内劳动法律制度的完善,从制度和机制上切实解决对外劳务合作中存在的问题,维护好劳务人员的合法权益成为完善对外劳务合作管理立法的目标.
