| 摘 要： | 素质教育是一个系统工程,它既区别于应试教育、技能教育,又非空洞的理论说教.它是一种具有开发性的心理教育,是情感和意志道德的教育.素质教育通过一定的方式和手段来影响人的心理素质,以推进人的全面均衡发展,而音乐教育则是其中一个有效的手段.音乐艺术的特殊在于它的非语义性、非概念性和非视觉性,这是其他科学所不具备的,可以说它是一种概括性很强而又相当抽象的艺术学科.同时,音乐本身又是主观与客观、感性与理性、体验与想象、情感与理智、活动与思维的统一体.这些特殊性决定了它在训练人的心理活动能力、完善人格和激发创造力方面具有特殊功能.
