| 摘 要： | "十二五"规划纲要,明确的指出了要以科学发展为主题,以加快转变经济发展方式为主线,着力解决经济社会发展中不平衡、不协调、不可持续的问题.加快转变经济发展方式,当务之急是摆正政绩考核的指挥棒.明确政府职能定位,树立正确的政绩观,形成求真务实、真抓实干的优良作风.
