| 摘 要： | 随着唐钢公司生活后勤集中管控规模的不断扩大,唐钢行政福利处后勤服务工作范围不断扩大,工作标准不断提高,节费降本增效任务日趋繁重.为不断提升广大党员干部的工作理念和责任意识,统一职工思想.认清面临形势,推动打造企业大生活后勤服务品牌,发挥好公司关心关爱职工的桥梁纽带作用,该处党委积极探索新形势下开展职工思想政治工作的新路子,提出"早下手、全覆盖、形式活、重实效"的工作方针,大力加强党建思想政治工作,营造和谐向上的氛围,引导基层党支部和广大党员干部在各项服务管理工作中当先锋、做表率、争优秀.

| Abstract: | With the expansion of logistics company control in Tanggang and the size of the administrative welfare and expanding constantly Tangsteel in logistics service work scope,work standard improves;quarter had increased the financial cost task.The paper mainly discusses the view that we must adhere to the four around and make the service guarantee role of the ideological and political work in enterprise party construction. |
