| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省是能源大省,承担着保障国家能源安全的重任,在全球倡导低碳经济的背景下,如何实现能源的可持续发展显得尤为重要.根据黑龙江省能源的储备及生产状况,分析了我省改变能源状况对发展低碳经济的必要性,并提出了实施可持续发展的能源对策.以期为我省发展低碳经济做出贡献.
