| 摘 要： | 农业保险对于农业生产者转移农业风险具有重要作用,政策性农业保险的发展对农民稳定收入、促进农业生产有着积极的作用.通过问卷调查,我们了解了哈尔滨市幸福乡农民在农业生产过程中面临的主要风险、生产中的受灾情况、农民对农业保险的认知情况、未参加农业保险的原因,得出了农民对农业保险的需求大、但保险意识还有待于进一步提高,保险公司的营销渠道有待拓宽、农保险的购买力还可持续增强的结论.
