规划支持系统:现状与思考

首先从数据处理、分析模型、成果展示、管理平台四个角度分析我国规划支持系统的研究和应用现状,指出几个突出问题:(1)GIS数据处理瓶颈;(2)专用软件分析功能单一或过于复杂;(3)可视化效果不尽人意。文章提出新一代规划支持系统框架是从构建系统,发展为搭建定量分析科学,最后走向为公众和管理服务,并以Whatif2.0为例,指出当前可操作的规划支持系统应着重解决:(1)支持多源数据的输入输出;(2)模型操作的简洁易懂;(3)配套情景规划的实施;(4)分析结果的可评价性。

Planning Support System: Current Situation and Reflection
