滚筒式烘丝机工艺参数与烘后叶丝质量的关系

对滚筒式烘丝机不同工艺参数对烘后叶丝的感官质量及物理质量的影响进行相关试验，结果表明：烘丝机筒壁温度对烘后叶丝物理质量及感官质量影响较大，过低或过高的排潮开度对烘后叶丝物理质量及感官质量影响较大，烘丝工艺流量对烘后叶丝物理质量及感官质量影响较小。试验结果对优化滚筒式烘丝机的工艺参数提供了依据。

The Relation between Technological Parameter of Drum-Type Cut-tobacco Drier and the Quality of Dried Cut tobacco

The article gives introduction to the testing of the effect to the sensorial and physical quality of dried cut tobacco by using different technological parameters. The results shows that the temperature of the wall of the drier and over or under humidity elimination are critical to the sensorial and physical quality of dried cut tobacco while the traffic has minor effect. The result of the testing provides evidence for the optimization of the parameters the drier.
