| 摘 要： | 大庆地区自然灾害较为严重,可再生资源锐减、生态环境退化,水土流失和沙漠化现象严重。目前,虽然大庆市已由传统农业发展为特色农业和生态农业,畜牧业实现了跨跃式发展,农业产业化水平有了新提高,农业基础设施日趋完善,但与现代农业的发展要求尚有差距。大庆市应进一步提升思想认识,深入挖掘发展优势,明确发展思路,实施农业可持续发展战略。同时,要提高大庆地区农村的教育水平,健全服务体系,优化政策环境,促进特色农业加快发展。
