| 摘 要： | 随着我国城市化进程的加快,大量征收、征用城市周边的农村集体土地已成为趋势。征地行为所引发的社会问题日益严重,威胁到了被征地农民的各种社会权利和农村社会的和谐与稳定。由于征地拆迁制度不健全、对农户补偿不合理,各种类型的农民维权行为不断发生,呈现出集体化、非理性化、无效化的特点。针对现阶段被征地农民维权的无序和混乱,政府应当从加强农民法律素质教育,提供高效畅通的维权渠道,建立健全被征地农民社会保障,鼓励被征地农民多渠道就业等几个方面去努力。
